We run an appliance retail and service store in Adelaide and used AMAK Consulting to setup and deploy our SimPro software suite.
We are a unique business in that we are a retail store, service centre (in-home and workshop), manufacturer warranty agent, spare part stockist and utilise a functioning warehouse.

On the retail side of the business we sell appliances wholesale, on consignment and via a pro-forma scenario (customer buys direct from manufacturer).
We invoice prior to delivering/installing a machine and receive payment before and/or after attending a job .

We offer our customers a 2 hour window of arrival time when booking in a job, meaning we can’t schedule jobs like most business do.

Our workflows are many and varied.

We spoke to many software vendors and consultants and none of them understood our business.

Adam was able to cut through our workflows and interpret what we needed.

He was able to understand what we were trying to achieve and deliver a solution we didn‘t think was possible.

We have been able to streamline our operation and we’re now restructuring to utilise the resources we now have available to us.
