Hi, I’m Adam & this is a.mak consulting.

Where have I come from?

a.mak consulting was born out of a love working with businesses and assisting them to realise their potential through efficiency gains, processes and systems.

I realised my love of working with customers while in a past life at EnergyAustralia, where I spent 7 years in customer service, starting in a call centre to taking on a challenge to work in a pilot team selling solar systems which was my first look into simPRO Software.

After 12 months I moved onto working directly with simPRO Software as an Implementation Consultant and never looked back.

Having guided hundreds of business, great and small, to implement simPRO into their business over the past 6 years, I made the decision to branch off and form a.mak consulting, dealing directly with businesses.

Before leaving simPRO, I was the Senior Implementation Consultant for larger customers, tricky / complex workflows, ‘out of the box’ customers.

I still work with simPRO, about 50% of my work is still with them - I’d never want to leave them completely, they’re an amazing company run by and with amazing people.

Why I love my job?

I love working with people and companies, I love going into each business, listening to their story, learning from them, meeting the amazing people that make companies run, looking at problems, fixing those problems and seeing the penny drop moment on their face.

Its inspirational, engaging, rewarding, challenging and most of all its fun. I do love my job and I hope that comes through when we chat, I visit your workplace and give you a no nonsense approach to helping you.

Where are we?

a.mak is loosely based in Melbourne, I say loosely as I’m usually spending my time split up between Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Tasmania.

Also, a fun fact about my logo - the red in the A is Liverpool red the blue is from Geelong and a.mak was an off the cuff name from a great friend at simPRO
